Judgment

Thunder brings success. When the thunder comes, one is startled and fearful, yet afterward one laughs and talks freely. It startles the hundred miles around, but one does not let fall the ladle of sacrificial wine.

Lines

• First line (1): Thunder comes, and one is startled and fearful; afterward there is laughter and talk — auspicious.
• Second line (2): Thunder comes with danger. One loses valuables in great number. Climb to the nine hills; do not pursue them. After seven days, they will be recovered.
• Third line (3): Thunder comes and brings terror. If one acts in accord with the thunder, there will be no misfortune.
• Fourth line (4): Thunder is mired in the mud.
• Fifth line (5): Thunder comes and goes with danger. In great matters, there is no loss, but there are affairs to attend to.
• Top line (6): Thunder brings panic and terror; one looks about in alarm. To advance brings misfortune. If the thunder does not strike oneself but strikes one's neighbor, there is no blame. There will be gossip about marriage.
